C.     Worked on various composite units comprising of MOSFET and BJT.These composite             units were designated as M-MOS-N, (Modified MOSFET with NPN Transistor), M-MOS-P and             M-MOS-PN and published several papers like

    1. Monitoring of Arsenic contamination in ground water and to develop appropriate sensors for detection.
    2. Modeling of Arsenic contamination in ground water of Bihar, India.
    3. Microwave and Photonics:

      Investigations of-

    1. Tunable dielectric materials for microwave applications.
    2. Microwave photonic components and links.
    3. Microwave Communications and Antennas.
